Questions & Sample Answers

I'm originally from Vietnam. I grew up there before moving to Canada, Canada for my studies. To be honest, it's been quite a change going from a tropical country to one of the coldest capitals in the world! But I've really enjoyed the experience so far.
It depends on which city you consider my hometown! My family is from a mid-sized city in Vietnam, which is pretty bustling and always noisy. To be honest, it's way more chaotic than Canada, but that's part of its charm for me.
Absolutely, I have a real soft spot for it. The food is incredible, the people are super warm and friendly, and there's always something going on. To be honest, I do miss it sometimes, especially the street food. Nothing in Canada quite compares to a bowl of pho from a street vendor back home.
Yes, it's definitely up-and-coming. To be honest, it's becoming more modern and developed every time I see photos from my family. New businesses are opening, the infrastructure is improving. I have a soft spot for how it was when I grew up, but I'm also excited to see it develop.
